~ sprint, v., to run at full speed over a short distance

Mike Agostini was an Olympic sprinter. He ran the 100 and 200 metres for Trinidad and Tobago at Melbourne in 1956, and two years earlier had become the first athlete from his country to win Commonwealth Games gold, taking the 100 yards at Vancouver in 9.6 seconds. He set a world indoor record over 100 yards on his nineteenth birthday, and later made his life in Australia.

The SPRINTT Pendant is taken from a spike he won at San Fernando, California, in 1957. Cast true to form, from laced upper to ridged sole, in solid precious metal.
