No. AGOVIA does not repurpose old or damaged jewellery. All AGOVIA jewellery is forged in house in our Melbourne studio.

For domestic orders, express shipping takes approximately 1 to 3 business days, while standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Made-to-order pieces take 2 to 4 weeks to construct. Bespoke pieces take 5 to 7 weeks to craft and ship.

Insurance is available for both domestic and international shipments, though it is not included by default. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please let us know prior to shipping so we can arrange this for you.

Yes, AGOVIA ships internationally via DHL Express to most countries. Please note that local import taxes and duties are not included in your order total. While duty estimates can be provided prior to shipment, payment of these charges remains the responsibility of the customer.

Ready-made pieces may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Bespoke orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for the client.

All AGOVIA pieces are handmade in our Melbourne studio within the historic Nicholas Building. Each piece is individually crafted using traditional techniques, ensuring the highest level of care, precision, and finish from start to completion.

Recent price adjustments reflect the global rise in precious metal costs, particularly gold. As these market fluctuations continue to influence production costs, bespoke quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, and ready-made piece pricing is subject to change without notice.

Each gemstone used in our pieces is hand-selected for its colour, cut, clarity, and individuality. We work directly with trusted merchants across Australia, Sri Lanka, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Kenya, and Thailand. Wherever possible, we source stones directly to strengthen provenance.

AGOVIA works with both mined and lab-grown diamonds, each selected for their quality.

We can source gemstones upon request and have the ability to have gemstones custom cut. To gauge the availability or cost of a hand-sourced gemstone, please complete our bespoke order form.
