For domestic orders, express shipping takes approximately 1–3 business days, while standard shipping takes 3–6 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Bespoke Orders: Bespoke pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to craft and ship. Insurance is available for both domestic and international shipments, though it is not included by default. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please let us know prior to shipping so we can arrange this for you.
Yes, AGOVIA ships internationally via DHL Express to most countries. Please note that local import taxes and duties are not included in your order total. While duty estimates can be provided prior to shipment, payment of these charges remains the responsibility of the customer.
All AGOVIA pieces are handmade in our Melbourne studio within the historic Nicholas Building. Each piece is individually crafted using traditional techniques, ensuring the highest level of care, precision, and finish from start to completion.
Ready-made pieces may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Bespoke orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for the client.

Each gemstone used in our pieces is hand-selected for its colour, cut, clarity, and individuality. We work directly with trusted merchants across Australia, Sri Lanka, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Kenya, and Thailand. Wherever possible, we source stones directly to strengthen provenance and uphold responsible, transparent sourcing practices.
AGOVIA works with both mined and lab-grown diamonds, each selected for their quality and integrity. All diamonds are conflict-free and sourced in alignment with United Nations resolutions, ensuring ethical and transparent practices across every stage of the supply chain.
