The Bespoke Process

~ one of one — made once. The form may recur; the piece will not.

~ made to order — a perpetual form, made again in your size and alloy. Two to four weeks.

~ bespoke — not yet made. Begun from nothing, with you. Seven to nine weeks.

1 – Preliminary Considerations

Consider whether you have a specific design in mind or if you’d like guidance in shaping your piece. We’ll help refine your ideas to match your budget and vision.

2 – Book a Consultation

Schedule a one-on-one session, either in person or remotely. Consultations are an opportunity to discuss your ideas and explore your options.

3 – Select an Alloy

Your piece will be forged from Argentium 935 silver, 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold, or platinum 950. Your chosen alloy will form the base of your design.

4 – Select a Gemstone

AGOVIA has more than 250 hand-selected gemstones available for bespoke pieces, with new stones added to the inventory every week. If you have a specific gemstone in mind, we can source one to your exact specifications through our extensive network of merchants abroad.

5 – Review and Refine

We’ll create a design draft for your approval, making refinements until you’re satisfied and in love with your AGOVIA treasure.

6 – Item Completion

Once finalised, your piece will be handcrafted in our studio in the Nicholas Building, Melbourne. Bespoke orders take approximately 7–9 weeks to complete.
