Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or using harsh chemicals to avoid damage. Handle with care to prevent impact, and limit exposure to perfumes or lotions, as these can dull the finish over time.
AGOVIA uses Australian sizing: Use a tape measure, string, or strip of paper. Wrap it around the finger where you’ll wear the ring, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Refer to the sizing chart to find the closest match.
Yes, AGOVIA offers ring resizing for an additional fee. The cost varies depending on the design, gemstone type, and setting style.
Yes, AGOVIA offers repair services for pieces not originally made by us. Pricing depends on the nature of the work required. Please email hello@agovia.com.au for a quote.
Repurposing Old Jewellery Yes, AGOVIA offers the option to repurpose old jewellery. If you have gold pieces you no longer wear, you can exchange them for AGOVIA store credit—transforming what you no longer use into something you’ll truly treasure. Email hello@agovia.com.au for an evaluation. Once assessed, you’ll receive a breakdown of your item’s value and the corresponding store credit. Store credit is based on the current gold value, minus a 5% handling fee. Please note that gold prices fluctuate, so final values depend on market conditions. While we don’t directly melt down or remake your original pieces, they are sold to our trusted bullion partner before being credited to your account.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, AGOVIA ships internationally via DHL Express to most countries. Please note that product and freight costs do not include local customs duties or taxes — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance is available for both domestic and international shipments, though it is not included by default. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please let us know prior to shipping so we can arrange this for you.
Bespoke orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for the client. Ready-made pieces may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For domestic orders, express shipping takes approximately 1–3 business days, while standard shipping takes 3–6 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Bespoke Orders: Bespoke pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to craft and ship. All AGOVIA pieces are handmade in our Melbourne studio within the historic Nicholas Building. Each piece is individually crafted using traditional techniques, ensuring the highest level of care, precision, and finish from start to completion.
