FINE METAL EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our program.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
* The FINE METAL EXCHANGE program allows clients to send AGOVIA old, pre-loved or damaged items of gold jewellery for refinement; refined gold derived from submitted items will be onsold to our bullion merchant.
STORE CREDIT
* Clients will receive an AGOVIA store credit equal to the gold/pawning value of their items, minus a 5% handling fee. Gold valuation is determined by the live gold price at the time of submission, as such, the exact value of your items cannot be guaranteed until refinment has been completed.
NON-REPURPOSING POLICY
* Please note that your items will not be repurposed for use in new AGOVIA jewellery. You will only receive a credit equal to the gold value of items submitted, minus our 5% handling fee.
GOLD PRICE FLUCTUATIONS
* Clients should be aware that gold prices can fluctuate. The value of your items may vary depending on market conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
* Items that do not contain gold content (i.e,. gold plated jewellery) will not be eligible for the program.
* If an ineligible item has been received by AGOVIA, the client is responsible for paying return shipping should they want it returned.
NON-REDEEMABLE FOR CASH
* The store credit received through the FINE METAL EXCHANGE program is not redeemable for cash.

By participating in our FINE METAL EXCHANGE program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
